      The benefits are excellent. Medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, substantial PTO, flex-time and remote work option.

      Cons

      No growth or development opportunities. Challenging communication channels, difficult to navigate process or procedures.

      Back to back calls from start to finish, horrible metrics and expectations, terrible judgement and decision making by upper management, making our jobs even harder

      Good pay. Easy to move around to different departments. And great PTO

      You are overworked like and actual slave. The calls come in continuously and if your someone like me you’ll end up working until midnight with no relief at all.
