      Excellent vacation time, good people, stress free environment, manageable work schedule, good employee perks, amazing campus, good compensation, understanding business partners.

      Cons

      Compensation could be better, upper management avoids listening to lower level employees, far to get to, uneducated business partners, bad cafeteria food.

      Fun environment..really innovative thinking place. Everyone is in the loop on big decisions. Execs are visible. Definitely a great place to start a career

      Cons

      Bearacracy. Office politics which you'll find anywhere. Credit card industry is tough because its looked at as less favorable than the tobacco industry.
