401k Benefits Higher pay, after 11 years building up

Cons

Any tiny mistake on a call or chat was reclassified as an "operatorational defect." 3 of those and you're fired, despite your tenure or track record. I felt like I was walking on eggshells all of the time. Was a very high performer for almost 11 years, but the pressure was too much and I left. Low pay grade caps- no raise when you meet that.
