Pros

Good over all company with excellent benefits

Cons

Ignorance exists in the management ranks as there are people who have worked there for 30 to 35 years and know nothing about progressive movements as they have tunnel vision. Adverse to social change and very racist organization has they try to hide it. It is the worst company for expereince Afro American employees to come to they are recruiting the next generation of white work force. Located in Riverwoods. To far of a commute from the city even by Metra train. Going there is like going to a Plantation as the campus environment is located on its private plot. Also sexual dscrimination as they are very female management oriented and stick together and do a lot of back stabbing and complaining.

Pros

Great team, smart people, creative, open-minded leaders, great benefits.

Cons

Nothing major, just.... perhaps, it would be beneficial for everybody to allow even the lower level analyst to speak up and provide recommendations, since they are the closes to the data and likely know the most about customers.

Pros

Great culture and values (company genuinely cares about customers), good benefits (especially PTO- 20 days/yr for new full-time employees), enjoyable atmosphere. The company is very committed to work-life balance.

Cons

Low salaries compared to similar positions with other companies, horrendous turnover rate (less than 25% of my training group is with the company less than 1 year in), few opportunities to branch out beyond customer service-related positions
