Pros
Your exposure really depends a lot on your own desire. Some engagements can be political but if you are down to earth you will fit in. Almost 80% of the people you work with are those you can hang out with at a bar. Overall the organization is very broad and you can have a lot of leeway in moving around.
Cons
Partners are really a 50-50 call, some can be very proactive at engaging with lower level employees some can snub you. Work-life balance is a joke - if you are a high-performed, expect to work more than anyone, close to 90 hours in buse periods - any days off you will actually be working from home. The number of managers is now close to the level of seniors, as a lot of seniors have left - so expect to report to 4-5 managers at a time, which is very stressful.
