      The company invests in its people and nurtures them for thier own development. Facilitation of growth and personal development both proffessional and academic is unparralled.

      Cons

      self motivation and being a selfstarter is paramount but this is an uphill struggle though the reward at the end of the finish line is worth the effort.

      Deloitte offers a breadth of experiences that are hard to come across in other firms and industries - not only are you able to work on extremely diverse projects, but also given the opportunity to lead and participate in a wealth of internal initiatives and community service projects.

      Cons

      The size of the firm and it's accounting background sometimes hinders how flexible and responsive we can be in the consulting marketplace.
