Pros
Very professional, respectable, knowledgeable, Industry leader. Great overall experience that will give a wonderful birds eye or specific focus on clients depending on your interests while interning. The coworkers are very helpful in aquainting you with the work and help fitting in. One of the most appreciated points was the level of work recieved. As an intern I was doing the same work as the first year sitting right next to me. That really created a positive atmosphere where you knew even as an intern you were respected.
Cons
I did not see many downsides, perhaps the only things that effected me was the long work hours but that you are compensated for as well as providing you with real work place experience. The time can be pretty burdensome occasionally. The pressure to meet deadlines can be challenging but i feel that the experience of it adds to the quality of the program in a way aswell.
