Pros
The people that you work with are intelligent and most of them are team players. There is a steep learning curve the first couple of years so you have an opportunity to learn a lot in a short span of time.
Cons
The longer you have been with the organization, the more likely you are to feel unappreciated. That is because you are putting in the long hours and are not getting the recognition for it. This is a top heavy company so the opportunities for advancement past manager/senior manager are limited.
