Cons
- It's all about the partner; better check pride at the door because they will change whatever you do - Presentations are more about appearance than substance and everyone will edit what you create - Think twice if you're entering as an "experienced hire" from industry unless you already have a strong internal network before you walk in the door. Opportunity is all about your network and most work their way up from college recruits, building their network along the way. Without a strong network, you'll be on the bench a lot and that will hurt your review
