      -Great peers and good client portfolio; respect in the market as a Deloitte employee. -Ability to drive your own career and influence the careers of others. -An apparenticeship model that works -A relatively new practice with fantastic opportunities for growth

      -The local practice is nascent and experiencing growing pains; the support structure is still formulating -The performance management can be more effective and direct

      -Looks good on the resume; -PTO - if you get to take it; -An abundance of training available; -Great networking opportunities among other colleagues; -Meeting great people from other locations;

      Cons

      -Uses work/life balance as a shield to promote positivity; there is no such thing; when asked, leadership cannot provide suggestions on how to go about obtaining work/life balance; -Expected to not have a personal life at all; only concern is "butt in seat" to make money -Constantly speaks of supporting its workforce to move around in order to better the company and their career; however, when it's time to do so, there's nothing but excuses -Alot of favoritism and politics; if you are not a friend, then promotion is not in your near future; -Leadership does not listen to its people; bottom line is more important than placing people where they are most talented and can produce -Politics, politics, politics!!!!!

      There isn't any apart from looking good on your CV.

      Cons

      Very underpaid compared to the rest of the firm No respect from management. Can not go to management for support or help as it will be used against you in the future No work/life balance Very pressurising Very unrewarding job Very negative working environment Very unprofessional working environment Alot of work politics.
