- No work life balance
- Underpaid for sure compared to rest of the IT world, especially what IT folks make in CA
- Personally I think someone looking for a career in IT is much better off working for a biggie in Bay Area where there is no travel and better pay, free soda and gym facilities
- They would like you to believe this is the best place you can be, but that is NOT true at all. My current job pays same, work is same, no travel and much less BS talk
- I have traveled from East Coast to West coast and everywhere in between. This is too much. Travel should be restricted geographically.
- Most of the people hired in my batch (10 people or so) left or got laid off last year
- I spent most of my time emailing people trying to find work. I could have done so much more with my time if I was put on a good project. Pisses me off even to think about it.
- Partners are never available. You are supposed to talk to a resource maanger who might be in a totally different city to look for work
- Not worth it. It was distraction for my career.
