      Pros

      The people are what really make a difference at Deloitte. They are smart, hard working, and willing to help out as much as possible. Work life balance is good, work is challenging, and varied.

      Low salary compared to some other consultancies. Some internal politics between teams

      Pros

      Well, based on my experiance working for Deloitte at least opens a wide spectrum of potential working areas. If you are very good at your job at Deloitte potentially the client will offer you a job with 1/3 or even 1/2 of additional salary.

      Cons

      Well, based on my experiance working for Deloitte at least opens a wide spectrum of potential working areas. BUT you have to be carefull, they try to grew up specialists who then only have a very limited ability to move on to other companies. It is very hard to be scheduled on other then the "specialist" projects.
