      Dell has a solution-focused culture, always moving forward to be better. Everyone is aggressively driven to improve themselves and the products made by Dell. Dell is a great place to grow and mature in an AI-first work world.

      Pre-covid - lots of pros. Good work life balance, unofficial hybrid work schedule, focus on results - not being in the office, relaxed working environment, good management, etc

      Cons

      Post-cost - all pros gradually going away for no reason. Company continues trend of being a following of the bad trends instead of a leader to show how things should be done.
