      Pros

      Easy money your first two years before you move up to bigger accounts. No questions asked when you have to miss work or take vacation. Stock discount

      Cons

      They change your bonuses every month and you don't find out what the new one is until after the first week. They ding you by twice the amounth that you miss your quota by. 90% =80%, 75% =50% payout of your commission. Your quota will go up every month no matter how much your customers stop spending.

      Pros

      Dell pays very well. Also, unlike some of my previous employers, there is an emphasis on execution. While that may sound ominous, the upside is that you can put some faith in deadlines and promises from other groups at Dell.

      Cons

      Dell can require long hours. When crunch time arrives, teamwork goes out the window and it's every man for himself. A lot of work is being moved off-shore, so job security isn't very high. Cubicle farms are the norm.
