      Pros

      Most sales positions have a work from home program that allows you to work from home 2-3 days a week. Benefits are great.

      Cons

      The HR dept. is a complete joke. If you have a legitimate issue they will sweep it under the rug and tell you to deal with it or to find another job outside the company. You cant apply for other jobs inside the company unless you can find a backfill.

      Pros

      The people at Dell here in Austin are the best. It is a great collection of hard-working, smart folks that collaborate together very well. Politics are less then other companies I have worked for and you can get things done across functions with relative ease. Austin is a great place to live.

      Cons

      Have to have patience to see the fruits of the new strategy take hold.. The PC industry itself is challenging
