      Was lot of pros 4 to 5 years back, but now I don’t see any pros for being in this company.

      Cons

      1. Low salary 2. Hectic and micro management 3. Partially on wfh and timings wrt other brands 4. Unnecessarily chaos 5. Useless HR policies 6. Product based just for name sake, worse than service based. They will treat us like contractors.
