Cons
In my department, managers had no business being managers. It was openly admitted by upper management that my current manager had very poor management skills and even after training continued to display so. Yet there was a promotion soon for that manager. HR also failed to support this employee that was basically forced to breast pump during an unscheduled meeting after explaining multiple times it would be very uncomfortable to do so.
