Pros

If outgoing, you will make many friends across all departments which will help tremendously with projects. Very steady job with no concern of losing job.

Cons

Management is a snake with its head cut off, slithering in every direction with no sense on how to run things efficiently. priority shifts almost daily on tasks and then the blame game sets in hard.

The benefits are really good and salary is quite high for Malaysia. Specific to my department, the Head of Department is really nice and encouraging. The people there are mostly none toxic.

Cons

There are some people that will say something they don't mean and most of the time it will hurt. Salary increment is not that satisfying and the work load can be heavy at some months
