This place is a terrible place to work. Very uncomfortable work environment. The manager has no clue as to what is going on and has no idea what his employees roles are. Very bad at managing the office.

You get to learn a lot in daikin. The Japanese standards are simply amazing. No two days are same in daikin!

Cons

Not much to say. U have to travel the extra mile for going above in hierarchy. otherwise the worklife is pretty amazing
