People in upper management are toxic bullies that choose their targets treat poorly. They make dumb rules as an excuse to put it on ya such as not being allowed to wear hi vis at a labour job, not tucking your shirt in, can’t park on a public council owned road, can’t smoke in your OWN car on breaks (vapes included). They don’t enforce these rules physically big people that they can’t intimidate such as islanders because like school bullies they pick their own targets. Increased demand on units made but purposefully do things that put job at disadvantage like not being allowed to use certain trolleys that still can carry coils.

Horrible management, turning a blind eye to technicians who don’t work, and having no incentive for those who work hard and are responsible. There is also very little opportunity for company advancement as a technician.
