      Culture does not lend to trusting senior management. Old school leadership principles. Better places a person can go to now in days.

      Get to work on large chillers, and receive Training.

      Cons

      Administration makes promises that they refuse to keep. You're promised top notch training and receive basic information on the equipment, You're promised career advancement and career path development without any progress. Each district has large coverage areas and too few employees to cover each area properly. Corporate constantly changes there future forecast of intention for its employees and their path. There is too many changes in ideals.
