      Smart person around and famous/reliable brand.

      Cons

      Thai and Japanese style culture so it's work hard like Japanese, always in the office till late and work very hard in the end of the month. Fair benefit, no big commission. No much career opportunity even you have a good result but they just don't like you in personal.
