I think their bonuses are generous but lets be honest, this is not guaranteed so let's be honest, its not really a benefit right? since its a gamble, and there's no telling if the company would tank.

Cons

It is vry rigid like really dun want to consider wfh, dun want to give things like birthday off. very traditional mindset luh like the kind that expects youngest to serve coffee all this... then also the hr support boss kind so useless also one. very toxic place, work load crazy must becareful of the people thr.
