1. Flexi time to work in office. 2. Near public transportation, busway, train, etc. 3. If you wanna buy some food & drinks in this area, is cheaper among others business district. There's Tuku and Family Mart near building to buy coffee. 4. Annual leave per year starting January is 16 days for new employee (prorate), every year you'll get additional 1 day AL, max to 21 days of AL. Last year AL that has't been used can use 5 days for next year until 31 Mar.

1. Bad office building quality, sometimes access card entry have maintenance that will make long queue. 2. You work here for work life balance, if you are looking much broader career, please seek other place. 3. HQ got better facilitation than in Indonesia.
