Good company, rather organized and with good structure with mix directions with Japanese folks. Overal, projects and sale dates are king.

Cons

Kings have their queens and demand lots of the teams, normally leave hanging everyone except design engineer which never at fault. PMO team, lack structure, integrity and spine.
