      Company provides good opportunities to work across many different industries with Top tier clients and opportunities for professional development and Technical Certifications. Great environment and culture, good team and Great social events.

      Pros

      BDMs, HR and other consultants I've met have been nice and supportive. We are assigned at client site and the BDMs meet with us regularly to touch base and address any concerns we may have. There are few consultants that get benched from time to time while in between assignments. Active social club events. Bonus for referrals and training/certification completion.

      Cons

      No bad experiences so far.

      Variety in customers, wide experience in consulting, and flexibility.

      Cons

      Internal systems are improving, focus on bottom line Vs growth plan, can be typical of a publicly listed company.
