      Just a bodyshop

      Pros

      I have been working at DWS full-time for more than 4 years

      Cons

      As said before - just a bodyshop Not good for career growth They offer some courses, but 90% of their courses are useless rubbish They charge clients $150/hour, but pay you 35-45% of the amount. Managers pocket the difference Salary is below or an average They promise to keep you "on bench" when your contract with client is over, but in reality they offer 10-days (unless they can find another client in that period)

      Great Culture and work portfolio

      Pros

      Two key areas - People- centric culture - Consultant support network, amazing social club which organises real cool stuff, corporate games participation, very supportive training program and oh yes! certification bonus. You are invited to the big Christmas parties with your partner. ** Great work portfolio with some of the best Australian and global companies. Our assignments range from 6 months to 2+ years or more.

      Cons

      Interview process is a 3 step process. Salary review cycle in once a year ( not really keeping up with inflation) Part time consulting is missing.

      Good support, great colleagues

      Pros

      On-site support given to consultants is great and you get to work with different sets of people from time to time. Great Christmas party and social club events. BD's provide good insights into current opportunities.

      Cons

      Bench time can be boring but you need to utilize your time well.
