Pros

The people are generally friendly. Lots of free food from lunch and learns. Depending on your manager, flexible working hours.

Cons

Open during covid-19 and requesting employees to show up. High pressure deadlines and overlapping deadlines. Do not have any standards, and the ones written are from the Irish office. Software and technical knowledge is low. "BIM" manager leaders know less than the drafters. No ability to go higher on the ladder.

Cons

This company is really far behind with the latest technology. The people who are running the company are stuck in the past and the engineers are not open to new or better ways of doing things. Individuality and creativity are not encouraged, everyone needs to do things exactly the same way and there is no room for individualism. People are expected to work unpaid overtime.

Great networking opportunity, worked with many hardworking individuals, awesome holiday events. Very flexible with person emergencies.

Cons

Pay is on the lower end of spectrum, no feeling of job security, impossible deadlines that create longer work weeks with no overtime pay. Do not abide with the American Disabilities Act.
