Pros

Really enjoyed working for DPS. Was a great way to get into the life science company. Was difficult to feel like part of the team, but that's how consulting goes. Didn't push hours like other consulting type business models do.

Cons

Lots of turnover on the TSO side with clients taking personnel. Same reason I left. Can't pay as well as the life science companies. Especially with the stock grants.

Some OK but good amount of garbage low quality management. Condescending. Unmotivating. Lack of training. Expectations not matching reality. Promotions based on coercion and favoritism, not experience and quality of management.
