Very good benefits (health, holidays, etc). Flexible work environment, Nice office. Smart and friendly coworkers. Interesting projects. Good backlog of work. Great opportunities for new grads / early career people.

Cons

Organization lacks mid-career personnel & is understaffed, resulting in inefficiency, rework, and poor WLB for experienced personnel. Acquisition has been bumpy. Minimal diversity, leadership is a boys club.
