Pros

All the things are special in DAI. I enjoyed my 5 year career with this great company. DAI has very strong integrated Management information system TAMIS and also they have Field accounting system for their projects (FAS) both of them including Oracle and Portal are amazing. DAI is fully furnished by modern information technology I wish to be the part of this great organization again if the opportunity rise.

- Friendly workforce - Good team-work dynamic - (some) opportunity to travel - Good opportunity for progression if you prove yourself- competitive for promotions - Work comes in ebbs and flows, so not always busy. Work-life balance can be good depending on line manager.

- Salary (but good benefits) - High turnover of staff - Some bad hiring decisions

Great professional development opportunities, especially for people just out of school, collegial environment, very collaborative. Great travel opportunities, nice people, opportunity for work life balance, opportunities to specialize.

Cons

Sometimes cater too much to very senior people. Can be difficult to break out of a niche. Need to have a competent manager above you to thrive.
