The business development operations are strong. Projects are well staffed with the necessary operational and technical support. There is a clear pay scale for each grade level and transparent performance review cycle. Lifestyle benefits and performance bonuses are good perks. Senior executive management listens and communicates with staff. Development is a fast paced industry with sometimes difficult clients and tight deadlines, but DAI supports its employees to perform well. Good work life balance given the industry. This is what development companies should aspire to be like.
