I was very sad to leave DAI, but it was truly one of the highlights of my career. Nothing will be perfect in any work environment, but the people I got to work with in the home office and in the field made everything worth it. There is a reason why team members stay so long.

Cons

Most positions will require you to travel to the field. If you're interested in DAI, you need to be prepared to travel. The helpful part is that most employees have been with the company for a while and have a lot of helpful tips and tricks for travel.
