Pros

Coolblue still has the fast paced start-up mentality and their customer focus is very much visible from the inside as well. There's very little companies that are truly agile in their core and Coolblue is definitely one of them, experimenting, failing, learning etc. is all done on each level and in every part of the company.

Cons

Due to the nature of the company to hire young, inexperienced people and tell them to just 'Go for it', the focus is very much inward when it comes to learning, leadership etc. Training is by default focussed on this target group and for the more experienced people it's hard to really acquire new knowledge as taking training outside of the company is not encouraged. It's hard to get approval for training like this and once approved, there's strict rules of taking days off to go to the training or paying part of it yourself.

Pros

Okay. Potential to grow more.

Cons

Terrible and inexperienced recruiters with no understanding of their own jobs.
