      Pros

      I have worked in Contrack for almost 9 years in Afghanistan Operations and Cairo Projects, I am feeling that all Contrack members like a family to me.

      Cons

      I don't think there is any downsides, at least in my opinion

      Nice people, growing company, slowly expanding market.

      Cons

      Not many advancement opportunities at this time. But that's government contracting in general right now.

      Very good company, taking care of its employees. Innovative and outright brave in their business approach in very difficult locations. Not for a faint of heart.

      Keeps one away from home too long.
