Constantly changing supervisor, most are nice and care about you but some of them don’t and will make it harder for you to do the job with all the constant coaching and nagging about little things

I have been with the company for 6 years and I was a Team Lead on the fast track to supervisor when we lost the contract and I had to scramble to find another position within the company and the only thing I could find was a CSR role which was $4 less an hour than what I was making in my previous role. They were unwilling to work with me to keep my current salary. Also, they trained me to move up to Tier 2 then restructured leaving me with extra responsibilities and non-stop calls and no pay increase and they stripped my title from me as well.
