Cons
This place is so micromanaged it has driven out some of the best employees. Employees are treated like children. Management is spread thin and the priorities for managment are based on things that do nothing to improve or to make the workplace environment more productive. The corporate office underbid the contract so badly that there are not enough employees to meet the performance standard needed. No raises with an increasingly unrealistic workload. Constant stress over the stability of the job.
