this company is hiring 75 people a week, they don't care what is going on with the employees. You are nothing but a disposable asset, they care about the employees like they do a piece of copy paper. I was a model employee for a year. I contactracted an illness I was told I needed to be at work, If need be mute my customers to vomit. I was forced to use my PTO time because we don't get sick time. Finally I filed FMLA, I was granted a 1 month LOA after that I was told I can not refil til I work 2500 hours. and I would have to suck up being sick and work around it. Finally back to work the customers scream and cuss at you and you can not do anything about it, in 2 days I have been cussed at called everyname in the book, and when I talk to my team mates about it got in trouble for "venting" in chat. This company is very darned if you do darned if you don't so to speak. I was denied a day off to say goodbye to my deploying husband because I was out of PTO time for the year do to my illness, I missed my daughters birthday, she cryed cause I wasn't able to have cake with her on that day due to no PTO time. I love my job but am sick of working for a company that is so nasty to it's employees. Apple really needs to reconsider Conduent as a supplier. Things were not like this under Xerox.

Only take this job if you are desperate....... 13.50 and hour..the Manager of that department is the worst.. they have went through 20 people in the last year and now I know why. Employees have sued them for discrimination, If you are Muslim, Gay or not in the clique they will openly talk about you and set you up to fail. The management does not have a clue of what the job entails or how to do it, they are more worried about your cell phone being inside your desk. They will sell you a dream in the interview on how this will lead to a level 2 promotion and full time, do not fall for it. Management will watch you on camera to see how many times you get up from your desk, YES... you are under surveillance the whole time All the employees hate the management and will talk openly about them but once you get in there you will see for yourself. ONLY TAKE THIS IF YOU GET REJECTED FROM BURGER KING OR MCDONALDS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! FYI the manager has a Napoleon complex so he will nit pick with you for every little thing except your performance, you will be working in a warehouse where everyone in every department wears jeans and T Shirts but he makes you dress up to come work in such a dirty place. I do not know how NJT does business with these people. One last thing if you have thin skin for sexual, graphic or bigoted conversations stay away .
