Supervisors are over worked 55hrs of work with 40hrs to complete. (1 "critical" miss [there are like 20] and its a write up or sat to advisor)
Advisors are stuck in entry level positions for a year or more
All the good sups were used and pushed aside
Advancement to a senior advisor level results in 1 coaching per month instead of the required weekly.
Blames change on "Client needs" when others on contract do not have the expectation.
Train on following procedure then at higher levels (Do not do "that" do "this" against client expectations.
Put in 2 weeks notice was let go same day as a supervisor and when asked if I could forward my notes to help so-worked was treated like a flight risk.
