The only pro is remote work and its to cloud based so it was a great place for me to expand my skills.

Cons

Low pay. company culture is very toxic. No support when you need it and no team mentality.

Pros

Perfomance based bonus/schedule and management was actually pretty decent. Trainings are straightforward forward and their systems are easy to navigate. I moved up through 6 departments within the year and became a facilitator/mentor so there's room for growth.

Cons

Back to back calls. Eventually it gets draining

Guaranteed to move up and receive at least 1 pay raise. Dynamic coaching that helps with personal growth.

Cons

Supervisors are over worked 55hrs of work with 40hrs to complete. (1 "critical" miss [there are like 20] and its a write up or sat to advisor) Advisors are stuck in entry level positions for a year or more All the good sups were used and pushed aside Advancement to a senior advisor level results in 1 coaching per month instead of the required weekly. Blames change on "Client needs" when others on contract do not have the expectation. Train on following procedure then at higher levels (Do not do "that" do "this" against client expectations. Put in 2 weeks notice was let go same day as a supervisor and when asked if I could forward my notes to help so-worked was treated like a flight risk.
