      Truly a caring company. Overall nice colleagues and ppl tend to respect each other

      Cons

      Experience could be less pleasant depending on which department/team you are in. Relying too much on getting external consultants rather than training up your own staff. Also ppl move around quite frequently. Exposure could be very limited & surface with no career path

      Nothing that would make someone leave. Probably some toxic people and heavy workloads which is expected at any workplace anyway.
