Pros
there are some perks to staying with Colgate.... that is with the big name and shift ahead also can get higher positions given your seniors don't act against you
Cons
Some of the senior management is not that great, they act credit hogs, somewhat diminishing your value because you are not as experienced as they are or some toxic employment of people who behave like creeps work wise is a good company.... sadly you have to deal with people in Mumbai management as well and there is no work-life balance because of the senior management's behaviour post covid work from home, so hours of the clock are just some no.s and not professionally accepted hours
