      Colgate is a fast paced company with something always to get your teeth stuck into Colgate pays above average salary Colgate is great for cross functional moves Subsidised canteen on site

      Very political & hierarchical- lots of layers of approval for any new ideas Someone junior may not have there voice heard until a higher status Some people are in roles for a very long time creating a bottleneck of positions available
