      multinational company, good work envirionment, excelent team working, salary package at medium level

      sometimes to much stress, not to many opportunities to develop your individual career, you learn only what you have to do!

      Not the best place for Women

      If you are single without any ties... this may be the best place for you.. Education is not as important you think.

      Cons

      Too may people in middle management without degrees who hinder the growth of people with degrees and real experience. This is not the place to be if you are a minority, and a women. In the last year... this company has allowed middle mangement to mis-treat a number of women and minorities.... In our last in house lay-off.. More minorities and women were let go.. This is not the same Colgate from 20 years ago.. If you have family,,, this might not be the best place for you to work.. Again.... with the type of management they have.... the good old boy network is alive and establish..... Very hard to now move up no matter how good you are... The moto in the company is now....if you screw up you will move up.

      work Life Balance is good. Good Culture and Values. Soothing Atmosphere to work.

      Cons

      No Promotion for minimum 3 years unless you do exceptionally good. Not a good pay master.
