      Extreme micromanagement, unrealistic expectations and horrible bonus structure, have to be one of the favorites of upper management in order to move up, biased HR department,

      Managers/Colleagues are generally very respectful of your time. Decent benefits: half-day summer Fridays (Memorial weekend- Labor day weekend) Transportation assistant program; Hearth coverage starts on your start date; pension; For every dollar you contribute to your 401K the company matches .50 up to 6%; success sharing; annual bonus. 3 week vacation after 5 years of service. Sound financials e.g stable company.

      Cons

      company is very cost conscious which means limited resources. Lots of personnel shifts in marketing which impacts cross-functional partners. Poor management communication.
