As a full-time cooperative student intern, I gained invaluable experience and insight on lab-scale and pilot-scale process development by being granted the opportunity to contribute to various ongoing projects involving soaps and underarm products. I also gained exposure in the handling of raw materials and active ingredients within a cGMP-compliant environment and further developed my mindset as a professional engineer in a lab-based and plant-based setting.
