      Good learning curve at Colpal

      Pros

      Inspirational leadership, independence to work your style, great team...I enjoyed my early career days as CD) at Colpal its a good place to start at the bottom of the ladder. The organization is very dynamic and you can learn a lot. Pay is at par /above par for MNC FMCGs. The incentives are really good.

      Cons

      Career growth is limited for non ivy league MBAs as the organization prefers to hire a lot of MTs from premium B Schools to meet the needs of the Middle Management
