      Business really changed during my time working there. The drive for centralisation went crazy. In the end most of my time was spent working trying to get central teams to deliver the services they were meant to or apologising to customers for the failures of these central teams. That soon got boring and slowed down business decision making/ growth. Real shame as as up until 2 or 3 years ago the business had a fantastic balance of central process/control and local autonomy. Was an amazing place to work.
