      Chance to travel, nice atmosphere in the office, good salaries for Poland living standards

      No recognition Favoritism Bad management Promoting team leaders that don't have managerial skills therefore team members feel unmotivated HR is not giving the needed attention to people values Managers are ignoring those that are quiet and introvert (however they may be overloaded and deserve to be recognized) Team Leaders don't care about the employees' development. During my 2 years of working in this company my TL never asked me for a 1:1 meeting in order to discuss my goals, personal development and career aspirations

      Global brand, ok payscale, huge product diversity

      Cons

      Management level is mostly self centric and do not care about problems on ground. Team Leader level will be held responsible for everything. He will be given an interim work with higher responsibilities even when its not in his roles. He will be jerked around and judged for every small action. Very good way to pay less. Ethics only on paper. Its not the company it used to be 10 years ago.
