      Pros

      Excellent benefit, exposure to cross functional department and no limit to career growth (for those willing to relocate frequently)

      Cons

      Job safety not anymore guaranteed with several outsourcing initiatives toward Mexico and India effecting many departments (Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, Customer Service...) Very old school mentality. Strong resistance to change as well as extremely long process to implementation when such process changes are approved.

      Pros

      Great opportunity for international employees and women. Some great managers at the the top. Very steady business always slowly growing. Benefits are very good.

      Cons

      Company has run out of ideas to save money and grow sales so is slashing internal staff and going to "global hubs". Has gone far away from its plans to become a best place to work.
