      Training, global vision, well-known company, that means a lot on your resume

      Cons

      Favoritism does exist, and it is brutally display. In the past I would recommended Colgate to any friend, nowadays, look for another employer. They are way better companies out there. Procurement is not specially a place to be at this moment, a lot of changes and promotions to people with one or less than a year experience in the field, but very well connected.
